These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Tayza mobile app and services, including airtime, data, bill payments, and virtual numbers.

1. Eligibility

  • • You must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN) to use Tayza.
  • • You agree to provide accurate information for verification.

2. KYC Tiers

    Tier 1 (NIN verified): Daily limit ₦50,000, max balance ₦300,000.

    Tier 2 (BVN verified): Daily limit ₦200,000, max balance ₦500,000.

3. Usage Rules

  • • You agree not to use Tayza for fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activities.
  • • Tayza may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Liability

  • • Tayza is not liable for network downtime or third-party provider errors.
  • • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials and PIN secure.

5. Updates

  • • Tayza may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
